Beacon Hill is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to support a growing Phoenix, Arizona firm. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking long-term growth in a supportive environment and will work onsite three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned attorneys in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, while managing multiple priorities and coordinating workflow across support teams.
• Prepare, revise, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings and e-filings, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, client billing support, matter intake, and other administrative processes to keep assignments moving efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Practice Support Team by sharing overflow work, maintaining confidentiality, and using team systems to track assignments and support high-quality client service.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of legal assistant experience, with substantial commercial litigation support experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with accurate typing and document production skills.
• Excellent organization, proofreading, communication, confidentiality, and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
