Beacon Hill Legal seeks a contract attorney to assist with a busy construction and surety litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Motion practice and legal drafting (primary focus)
- Deposition prep and discovery support
- Assist with construction and engineering claims related to public works projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of litigation and drafting experience
- Attorney licensed in RI, MA, or CT
- Construction law or surety litigation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and quickly get up to speed on matters
- Flexible availability required
Current need is approximately 20+ hours per week, with workload varying based on case demands.
