A growing law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy personal injury and workers’ compensation practice. This role involves client intake, case management, legal document preparation, and litigation support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and conduct intake/welcome calls.
- Obtain and review client records and documentation from medical providers, insurance carriers, law enforcement agencies, and other third parties.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence, including pleadings, subpoenas, demands, and other case-related materials.
- Assist with trial preparation, workers’ compensation matters, case management, and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience required.
- Workers’ compensation experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and legal professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
