Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts & Grants Specialist for a full-time, remote contract opportunity with a federally funded research organization.
This position will support the administration of federal grants, subawards, vendor agreements, and related contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and redlining agreements, managing contract workflows, and supporting grant-funded or research-focused organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer subawards, vendor agreements, and related contracts
- Review, draft, and redline agreements
- Manage contract execution through DocuSign
- Track contract and grant activity, obligations, and records
- Support communications with grant recipients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Maintain data within Salesforce and related systems
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, attorney, contracts administrator, or similar contracts professional
- Experience with technology, manufacturing, research, or commercial contracts
- Exposure to grants, sponsored research, subawards, or federally funded programs
- Experience with DocuSign and contract redlining
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CLM, CRM, or similar platforms
Preferred:
- FAR, FFATA/FASTA, federal grants, or government contracting experience
- Experience supporting research universities, innovation institutes, government contractors, or federally funded organizations
- JD candidates welcome, provided they are interested in a contracts administration role
- Interest in robotics, advanced manufacturing, or emerging technologies
Boston-area candidates are preferred, though qualified candidates nationwide will be considered.
