Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Part-Time Commercial Contracts Attorney for a fully remote contract opportunity.
Our client, a boutique practice serving technology and life sciences companies, is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of substantive commercial contracts experience, preferably in-house.
This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, AI agreements, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate can quickly assess business objectives, negotiate effectively, and provide practical legal advice without over-lawyering issues.
Details:
- Fully remote
- Guaranteed 20 hours per week with potential for increased hours
- Approximately 6-month contract assignment
- Technology and life sciences contract experience strongly preferred
- Significant in-house commercial contracting experience preferred
