Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly regarded, mid-sized litigation firm in Denver to add a Civil Litigation Associate to its growing team. Practice Focus:

• Insurance defense
• Construction defect litigation

What They’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong working knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience drafting motions (including dispositive motions) and managing discovery
• Deposition experience (prep and taking)
• Exposure to hearings and trial prep preferred
• Insurance defense or construction defect experience strongly preferred
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Active Colorado bar license in good standing
