Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a growing, highly regarded litigation firm in their search for an Experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role is open due to growth and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, meaningful cases alongside a collaborative group of attorneys.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation experience and a demonstrated strength in legal research and writing. This role will work closely with partners and play a key role on complex matters. This firm is known for handling plaintiff-side litigation, including representing survivors in sexual abuse cases.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience, open to partner level candidates (plaintiff-side experience preferred, but not required)
- Open to commercial litigators or defense candidates with strong writing skills – writing sample required
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, and complex case work
- Strong academic background and excellent legal writing ability
- Licensed in Illinois (Michigan bar is a plus; remote flexibility for MI-based candidates)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
