Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw firm on a Conflicts Attorney opportunity. This position is part of the firm’s Conflicts & Business Intake team and will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex conflicts and ethics issues across the firm’s nationwide practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong conflicts, risk, or compliance experience looking to join a sophisticated and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar admission required
  • 2+ years of conflicts, risk, or compliance experience within a mid-to-large law firm
  • Strong understanding of professional responsibility and ethics rules, including ABA Model Rules
  • Experience reviewing conflicts reports involving corporate entities, affiliates, and prior representations
  • Familiarity with Intapp and corporate research platforms such as D&B and CapIQ preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
