A global AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Health Care Litigation Associate (1-5 years) to join its growing Chicago litigation team. The practice represents major health care organizations, insurers, and industry participants in complex disputes, including class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters within the health care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with complex health care litigation matters, including class actions and commercial disputes

• Drafting motions, briefs, and other substantive filings

• Managing written discovery and supporting all phases of litigation

• Conducting legal research and developing case strategy with senior attorneys

• Supporting arbitration and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience

• Experience with legal research, written discovery, and motion practice

• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills

• Interest or experience in health care industry matters is preferred but not required

• Active Illinois bar admission or eligibility to waive in

Compensation:

• Salary range: $215,000 – $320,000, depending on experience

• Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
