Our client is looking for a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Colorado office. This opportunity is ideal for an employment litigator seeking substantive case responsibility, client interaction, and the support of a sophisticated national platform.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of labor and employment experience, including experience defending employers in workplace litigation. Relevant experience may include wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodation, PAGA, class action, or representative action matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters involving a range of workplace claims.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation materials.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide employment counseling support as needed.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Active Colorado bar admission required
• 4+ years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners, associates, and clients.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role with an expected in-office presence in Colorado several days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

For Colorado-based candidates, the anticipated salary range is $230,000 to $290,000, depending on experience, credentials, market conditions, and other relevant business considerations. Comprehensive benefits are available.
