A leading AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its highly regarded corporate practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, and high-growth companies.
Responsibilities include:

Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions

Drafting and negotiating transaction agreements and ancillary documents

Managing due diligence and coordinating deal execution

Working closely with partners and clients on complex deal structures and strategic considerations
Qualifications:
-
2-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions

Experience working with private equity sponsors and/or strategic buyers is strongly preferred
-
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
-
Excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience preferred

Compensation expected to be $235,000-$420,000 depending on class year + additional benefits. This is a hybrid role.
