A Chambers-ranked Chicago firm is seeking a midlevel Corporate Associate to join their growing team. Qualified attorneys will have 2-5 +/- years of experience in a well-regarded firm (AmLaw preferred), with a strong M&A background.
This is a great opportunity to get into a firm that offers longevity, a broader corporate practice, and better work/life balance vs. many larger Chicago firms. Compensation depends on class year but starts in the 200s. They have a flexible in office policy (10 days in-office a month).
