We are working with a client which is searching for a structured finance attorney open to a long term contract assignment. Candidates MUST possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with RMBS/ABS/CLO financing experience highly preferred. This opportunity can be fully remote, but if you local to the office and wish to come in that can be arranged. Compensation for this role is around 145/hr, with some wiggle room if necessary.
