Beacon Hill is hiring for a Commercial Litigation Client Services Specialist to support a law firm’s commercial litigation practice. This is a temp-to-perm, fully onsite opportunity based in Philadelphia, ideal for a highly experienced legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:
* Provide high-level administrative and client service support to attorneys, including managing calls, correspondence, and client communications
* Support a commercial litigation practice with exposure to corporate disputes, white collar matters, and civil tax litigation
* Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence with strong attention to detail
* Handle electronic filing in Pennsylvania state, local, and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and deadlines
* Manage case workflows, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal teams to meet critical deadlines
* Open and close client matters, maintain case files, and assist with conflicts checks in coordination with intake teams
* Track and calendar key deadlines using docketing systems and ensure accuracy in scheduling
* Collaborate with legal team assistants and other support resources to complete assignments efficiently
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department required
* Strong experience with Pennsylvania court filing procedures and federal court rules required
* Prior experience supporting commercial litigation practices required
* Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
* Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
* Typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred
