Beacon Hill is hiring a remote eDiscovery Project Analyst for a growing legal operations team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters through hands-on eDiscovery administration, project coordination, and workflow management. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States; however, they must be available to work West Coast business hours.

In this role, you will oversee the technical eDiscovery lifecycle from data intake through production while serving as a key operational resource for attorneys, paralegals, IT professionals, and legal operations teams. This opportunity is particularly well-suited for candidates with strong Everlaw experience, as the platform will be heavily utilized in the day-to-day management of matters. Candidates with direct Everlaw administration and workflow experience will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain eDiscovery platforms, with a primary focus on Everlaw, including workspace setup, user permissions, coding panels, folder structures, batching, analytics, and workflow management.
  • Manage the ingestion, processing, and validation of electronically stored information (ESI), ensuring accurate metadata mapping, deduplication, and document normalization.
  • Prepare, stage, quality check, and produce documents in TIFF, PDF and load file formats in accordance with client and court requirements.
  • Utilize Everlaw analytics tools, including email threading, search term reporting, and advanced review workflows.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide support to attorneys, paralegals, and internal users regarding searches, tagging workflows, and review processes.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned matters, managing timelines, deliverables, and ongoing case activities.
  • Attend case team meetings and provide updates regarding project status, production schedules, and eDiscovery workflows.
  • Maintain project documentation including matter logs, review protocols, production logs, communication summaries, and workflow documentation.
  • Monitor review progress and proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, or data exceptions.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and standardization of SOPs, checklists, and best practices covering core eDiscovery functions.
  • Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives by documenting platform tips, QC workflows, and common issue resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Information Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of eDiscovery experience.
  • At least 1 year of direct Everlaw experience is required.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have administered Everlaw workspaces and managed active litigation matters within the platform.
  • Strong understanding of EDRM workflows, metadata management, and standard production specifications.
  • Experience supporting attorneys and case teams in litigation, investigations, or other time-sensitive legal environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters and competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience working in a law firm, legal operations department, or eDiscovery vendor environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on Everlaw experience, including workspace administration, analytics tools, production workflows, user management, and quality control processes.
  • Experience with additional eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, or Logikcull.
  • Familiarity with processing tools including Nuix or IPRO.
  • Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, and documentation for repeatable legal or eDiscovery workflows.
  • Understanding of privilege review, redaction workflows, confidentiality protocols, and production best practices.
  • Experience supporting large-scale litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters
