Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegal for a fully remote temporary assignment with a growing legal team. This role will support attorneys and business stakeholders with the review, administration, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on lease-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong contract management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, revise, and manage commercial contracts, including lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents
  • Assist attorneys with contract administration throughout the full contract lifecycle
  • Abstract and summarize key lease terms, obligations, deadlines, and critical dates
  • Maintain contract and lease databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
  • Track contract expirations, renewal periods, notice requirements, and other important milestones
  • Coordinate execution and collection of signatures for contracts and lease documents
  • Conduct legal and factual research related to contractual and leasing matters
  • Organize and maintain electronic contract files and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to obtain information and ensure timely contract processing
  • Assist with special projects and administrative support related to commercial transactions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Contracts Paralegal, Corporate Paralegal, or Contracts Administrator
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and managing commercial leases and lease-related documentation
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management
  • Experience abstracting lease provisions and tracking critical dates
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with contract management systems and document management platforms preferred
