Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Contract Attorney to support a legal team focused on regulatory compliance and claims review. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional with prior experience conducting regulatory audits and reviewing claims at a national level.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct regulatory audits for clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
Review and analyze claims on a national level for accuracy, risk, and compliance issues
Identify discrepancies, trends, and potential areas of concern within claims and audit findings
Prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit results and claim reviews
Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions
Maintain organized records of audits, findings, and supporting documentation
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory standards and client requirements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

Prior experience conducting regulatory audits and reviewing claims at a national level is required
Experience working as a paralegal or contract attorney
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
