Beacon Hill’s client, a product liability firm that focuses on the automotive industry, is seeking Contract Litigation Attorneys and is looking to move quickly. This is a substantive litigation role supporting automotive cases with a focus on lemon law. Prior lemon law experience is a plus, but not required. The firm is seeking attorneys to assist with active matters, many of which are expected to proceed to trial, offering hands‑on experience.
- Position: Contract Litigation Attorney
- Location: Remote, but candidates must be living and licensed in California
- Optional onsite workspace is available in the firm’s offices located in Los Angeles, San Jose, San Diego, and Costa Mesa.
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing, with potential for direct hire
- Conflicts: Candidates with exclusively plaintiff‑side experience
- Pay: $75/hour
Qualifications:
- Active California bar license in good standing required
- Substantive litigation experience is required. Candidates with recent document review experience will be considered, provided they have prior substantive litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with depositions
- Supporting attorneys at hearings (contractors will not be attorneys of record)
- Drafting and handling substantive litigation work
- Trial preparation and case support
