Beacon Hill’s client, a global law firm, is seeking a Contract Real Estate Attorney with Texas real estate experience to support its team.
- Location: Remote, but candidates must be licensed and living in Texas
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Estimated 6-month engagement
- Concurrent Employment: Not permitted
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Pay: $ 80-$90/hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Texas and hold an active Texas bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of Texas real estate experience and a background supporting matters involving:
- Leasing
- Acquisitions
- Dispositions
- Development
