**NO C2C – THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE**
Overview:
We’re looking for extremely strong, architect level Python Developers here. They need to be focused on the actual coding aspect of building these systems, where as an MLE is more focused on building an AI/LLM system at scale. These Engineering Consultants will be working with Sr MLEs and leadership in the architectural design of systems being built.
Day to Day:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions using Python and AWS.
- Lead architecture design for AI-driven systems and intelligent automation workflows.
- Architect and implement robust, high-performance systems that meet business requirements.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures that integrate AI components with existing enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Work directly with clients/stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Evaluate and optimize AI system performance, including latency, cost, and output quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and frameworks where appropriate.
Must Haves:
- Proficiency in python
- Extremely strong in cloud services (AWS/Azure – EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS , etc.)
- Strong database like SQL, noSQL
- Very strong architectural experience, design strategy – proven end-to-end design strategy for applications
- AI experience – integrating into production environments, exposure to RAG architectures, hands on with AI-enabled apps
- DevOps knowledge/light experience – containerization, CI/CD pipelines, basic DevOps practices
Plusses:
- Experience being involved of delivery of AI solutions from prototype to production in enterprise level environments
- Other programming languages – Java, Go, C++
- LLM experience
