Position Summary
Provides administrative and operational support within a busy professional office, assisting with scheduling, documentation, records management, and daily workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and organize routine correspondence, reports, and office documents
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, schedules, and coverage tracking
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, databases, and internal files
- Support credentialing, licensing, and required documentation updates
- Assist with invoices, approvals, and internal tracking processes
- Process documentation requests and standardized forms per office guidelines
- Provide general office and hands-on support as needed during high-volume or short-staffed periods
