Practice Manager – Healthcare (Clinical Practice)
Location: Rock Hill, SC
A clinical practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, compliance, and financial workflows across a multi‑office setting. This role supports providers, ensures smooth practice operations, and maintains a high‑quality patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree, plus 2+ years of experience in a clinical or medical practice setting
- 2+ years of healthcare management experience, including staff oversight and workflow coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, payroll systems, and EHR platforms
- Experience with provider credentialing, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), and claims/billing processes
Job Duties
- Direct daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource management across practice locations
- Oversee HR functions including onboarding, evaluations, PTO tracking, and policy updates
- Manage bookkeeping tasks: deposits, reconciliations, accounts payable, QuickBooks, and payroll review
- Coordinate compliance programs, annual HIPAA/OSHA reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain vendor contracts, supply ordering, and facility-related service coordination
- Support insurance functions including claims oversight, fee schedule updates, and credentialing
- Lead staff and provider meetings, maintain communication channels, and assist with front office needs as required
Additional Details
- Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Compensation: Up to $80,000 annually, based on experience
