Filling Pharmacy Technician

Location: Valley View, OH (Onsite)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy environment (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to obtain state pharmacy technician registration if not already registered (certification preferred).

Job Duties

• Process prescriptions accurately at designated filling stations along a conveyor system.
• Package completed medication orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the filling station.
• Support inventory activities, including receiving and stocking pharmacy inventory.
• Monitor station queues and meet daily pharmacy production goals.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure orders meet patient and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to resolve order or patient issues.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: 2nd shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday OR 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Work Environment: Onsite pharmacy fulfillment center
• Expected Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
