Assistant Nurse Manager (Clinical Supervisor RN)
Location: Charlotte & Concord, NC
Organization Type: Outpatient surgical / endoscopy centers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active, unencumbered RN license (NC or compact state)
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience; at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Job Duties
- Oversee daily clinical operations across two outpatient endoscopy centers
- Supervise, delegate, and support nursing staff; provide coaching, evaluations, and ongoing training
- Ensure high-quality patient care through chart review, care plan oversight, and clinical intervention as needed
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and accreditation requirements
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve clinical issues
- Support quality improvement initiatives, incident investigations, and patient safety efforts
- Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and operational workflows to ensure efficient clinic operations
Additional Information
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
- Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided between sites
- Interview Process: Phone screen + onsite interview
