Counselor / Social Worker

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related)
- Ohio license or eligibility required (LSW, LPC, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent)
- Open to candidates working toward independent licensure
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment/service plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to support participant stability and growth
- Coordinate referrals and advocate for clients across systems (education, workforce, reentry)
- Track participant progress and adjust plans as needed to support goal achievement
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation including case notes and assessments
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors, coordinators, and program staff; attend supervision and case reviews
- Support program participants through trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches

- Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary based on program needs)
- Pay: Based on experience and licensure level
