FULFILLMENT PHARMACIST
Location: Chester County, Pennsylvania

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required; ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm) or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, prescription dispensing, and pharmacy compliance standards.
- Previous experience overseeing pharmacy operations, staff, and prescription fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Oversee pharmacy operations and fulfillment personnel during assigned shifts to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.
- Ensure prescription orders are reviewed, prepared, documented, and dispensed in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Monitor compounding and dispensing activities to ensure proper technique, accuracy, and patient safety.
- Assess patient medication histories and profiles, develop care plans, and monitor therapeutic outcomes.
- Counsel patients on prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and nutritional supplements.
- Collaborate with patients, providers, nurses, and internal team members to resolve medication-related questions and ensure prescription accuracy.
- Support prescription fulfillment, shipping, and handling activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Additional Information
Schedule: Full-time / First Shift with an 8 hour schedule, between the hours of 7:00a – 5:30p (start time can be adjusted based upon candidate and organizational preference).
Pay Range: $60/hr.

- Fast-paced pharmacy environment with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and patient care.
- Opportunity to provide direct patient counseling while leading pharmacy operations and staff.
- Knowledge of pharmacy management systems, third-party billing, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
