Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Location: Remote or Local (Preferred: Virginia, North Carolina, or Maryland)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• Current Virginia licensure required; North Carolina licensure strongly preferred.
• Experience providing behavioral health counseling services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to behavioral health patients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate care.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as needed to support positive patient outcomes.
• Provide consultation, supervision, education, and support to staff as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Additional Information

• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (24 hours per week)
• Work Arrangement: Remote or local candidates accepted; preference for candidates located in VA, NC, or MD
• Compensation: Up to $38.50/hour
• Preferred Qualifications: Active North Carolina license in addition to Virginia licensure is highly desirable.
