Technical Program Manager (AI & Studio Technology)
Overview
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead AI-related and studio technology initiatives. This role requires program-level ownership, cross-team coordination, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. The focus is on milestone-driven delivery and strategic impact not task-level project tracking.
Must Haves
- Program Management experience (not just Project Manager title)
- Managed multiple concurrent programs across domains
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Strong Agile background in software development environments
- Experience in media / production / studio technology environments
- Ability to lead with limited direction and drive clarity from vague requirements
- Jira (Jira Cloud & Jira Service Management) required
- Comfort working in AI-influenced environments
- Understanding how AI impacts workflows and delivery models
- Strong communication skills
- Concise, structured, executive-ready
- Strategic thinker (can explain business value of initiatives)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting production or post-production tooling
- Power BI or data-driven decision exposure
Education
Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
