Construction Project Manager (CSA)
Job Summary
Seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex CSA construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover. This role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, procurement, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing Data Center, Semiconductor FAB, or Healthcare construction
- Strong background in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA)
- Experience with Cleanroom construction, including ceilings, walls, and Raised Access Flooring.
- Knowledge of EPC and Design-Build project delivery models.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Asana, AutoCAD, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CSA construction projects.
- Lead project buyout activities, including bid packages, RFPs, contracts, scopes of work, and work orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee field execution, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, progress reports, as-built drawings, and turnover documentation.
- Drive project turnover and support final inspections and occupancy acceptance.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification.
- Knowledge of CSA industry standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE 7).
- Experience with gas or chemical facility construction projects.
