Content Security Project Manager
Must Haves
- IT Security Background
- Previous Project Management experience supporting multiple cross-functional projects
- Experience managing technical assessments, application reviews, or security-related initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating project reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with exposure to AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects and assessments
- Partner with technical and business teams to drive project execution and delivery
- Build project plans, dashboards, status reports, and metrics for leadership
- Improve project processes, workflows, and operational consistency
- Track risks, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Support strategic initiatives and operational planning
- Research tools and technologies that improve productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and internal events
Preferred
- Experience in security, media, or enterprise technology environments
