Digital Product Manager – Collective Investment Trust (CIT) Digital Solutions
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or retirement services.
- Hands-on experience with Collective Investment Trust (CIT), institutional onboarding, or advisor onboarding.
- Experience transforming manual operational workflows into client-facing digital products or self-service platforms.
- Strong background in product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, Agile/Scrum, and release planning.
- Experience designing digital front-end solutions and integrating with enterprise platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, Aladdin, Charles River, or similar systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to serve as the voice of the business.
- Experience using AI-assisted product discovery, prototyping, wireframing, or requirements tools is a plus.
- Experience delivering advisor-facing or institutional-facing digital products.
- Knowledge of portfolio construction or investment operations platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered prototyping and rapid product discovery tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new digital onboarding platform for institutional and advisor users.
- Convert manual onboarding and operational processes into scalable digital workflows and self-service experiences.
- Gather business requirements, create user stories, manage product backlogs, and prioritize features.
- Partner with business, architecture, engineering, UX, and data teams to define and deliver product capabilities.
- Drive product execution across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch enhancements.
- Coordinate integrations with enterprise platforms and internal systems to support seamless onboarding.
- Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap alignment, dependency management, and cross-functional communication.
- Ensure digital solutions improve user experience while meeting business and operational requirements.
