Project Manager – Data Analytics & Agile Delivery (Healthcare-Provider)
Overview
Seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of data analytics and technology initiatives within a healthcare provider environment. This role is responsible for managing complex projects that support analytics, reporting, and operational insights across clinical and operational teams.
The ideal professional brings strong project leadership, experience delivering technical initiatives, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience working within healthcare provider organizations (ambulatory, hospital, or post-acute care environments).
- Experience managing technical or data analytics projects, including analytics platforms, reporting initiatives, or data-driven programs.
- 6+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale, complex initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in corporate shared services or enterprise environments supporting multiple business units.
- Strong experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies (not strictly waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics and technology initiatives within a healthcare environment.
- Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate work across data teams, analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans and actionable tasks.
- Maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, and PMO artifacts.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project blockers.
- Support collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
