Sr Product Manager-StudioLab

Position Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead technology innovation projects focused on creative, studio, media, and production environments. This role requires someone who can define product vision, gather business requirements, translate creative needs into scalable technology solutions, and drive proof-of-concepts and prototypes from concept through execution.

Must Haves

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, production technology, entertainment technology, media technology, or a closely related role.
  • Strong experience delivering software solutions, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or emerging technology initiatives.
  • Prior experience in entertainment, media, studio operations, production technology, or similar creative production environments.
  • Ability to translate business and creative needs into clear product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
  • Experience defining scope, success metrics, product vision, roadmap, and delivery plans for innovation or technology projects.
    Strong stakeholder management experience across business, creative, engineering, design, vendor, and leadership teams.
  • Experience working with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create clear executive-level decks and updates.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, solve complex problems, and move projects from R&D/prototype stage toward business adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools or emerging technologies for production or creative workflows.
  • Technical direction, technical engineering, or hands-on technology background.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping, innovation labs, or early-stage product development.
  • Familiarity with vibe-coding or low-code/prototype development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Own product vision, scope, requirements, and delivery planning for innovation-focused technology projects.
Partner with business stakeholders, creative teams, engineering, design, vendors, and leadership to deliver meaningful solutions.
Lead discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, and execution for prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
Define success criteria and assess whether new technology solutions are viable for broader business use.
Manage vendor and partner workstreams, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables align with project goals.
Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
Help transition successful prototypes into production-ready solutions where appropriate.
