Senior SAP Security Engineer
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior SAP Security Engineer to support a large-scale SAP migration and transformation initiative. This role will focus on SAP security, identity and access management, governance, risk and compliance, and security controls throughout the migration.
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of SAP Security experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP security, roles, authorizations, user access controls, and security configuration.
- Strong experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning, access governance, and access controls.
- Experience supporting security audits, compliance reviews, access certifications, and remediation of audit findings.
- Experience identifying and mitigating SAP security, access, and compliance risks.
- Experience supporting a large-scale SAP implementation, migration, or transformation.
- Knowledge of SAP XSA and SAP platform security.
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain SAP security controls, roles, authorizations, and user access.
- Support IAM and access governance processes across SAP environments.
- Perform security and compliance testing and remediate audit findings.
- Support SAP GRC processes and ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements.
- Identify security risks and implement appropriate mitigation controls.
- Develop security processes, standards, templates, and documentation.
- Evaluate new SAP technologies for security and compliance risks.
- Partner with SAP application, infrastructure, security, and business teams throughout the migration.
- Ensure SAP security practices align with enterprise security and access-control standards.
