Technical Program Manager (Agile / Digital Product / Sports)

Overview
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple agile product teams supporting large-scale mobile and web applications. This role requires a strong program leader who can coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage program-level initiatives, and drive delivery across complex digital product environments.

Must Haves

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager supporting engineering or product teams.
  • Strong Agile / Scrum experience, including leading agile ceremonies and supporting scrum teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams, including mobile, web, and backend development.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital products or applications.
  • Experience working in media, entertainment, sports, or digital consumer product environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Airtable or similar project tracking tools.
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in large-scale consumer-facing platforms or mobile application ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile delivery across multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Manage cross-team initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple engineering teams.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
  • Partner closely with mobile, web, and backend engineering teams to ensure successful product releases.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain visibility across multiple workstreams and ensure consistent delivery practices.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (field of study not critical)
