Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Contracts Administrators and Contracts Managers for upcoming temporary and temp-to-permanent opportunities with corporate legal departments, financial institutions, and global organizations.
Qualified candidates will support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a variety of agreements such as NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and amendments. Responsibilities may also include coordinating approvals, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tracking key contract dates, and maintaining organized contract repositories.
Positions are available for varying levels of experience, from junior contracts administrators to more senior contracts managers. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with legal and business stakeholders are essential. Experience with contract management systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
