Executive Assistant to $150K – Support Innovative Leadership in a Growing Life Sciences Organization!
Our client, a growing life sciences company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support members of its executive leadership team. This role will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or another fast-paced environment.

- Location: Watertown, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid

- Responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries; organizing meetings, presentations, and executive-level events; serving as a liaison between leadership, employees, investors, and external partners; supporting administrative and operational projects across departments; preparing materials and tracking priorities to ensure timely follow-up; and assisting with office-related tasks to help maintain a smooth and professional workplace environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive assistant experience with exposure to senior leadership or C-suite executives; the ability to adapt to different leadership styles; excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities; advanced technology skills and proficiency with modern business tools; outstanding verbal and written communication skills; a proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to handle both strategic and administrative responsibilities; and the ability to anticipate needs and operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
