Customer Service Representative to $30/Hour + Paid OT – Fast-Growing Team with Advancement Opportunities!
Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of workplace products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and support order fulfillment within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for business customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, and issues are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of B2B customer service and order management experience, preferably within a product-based industry.
Position Details:
- Location: Leominster, MA
- Work Model: Hybrid

- Responsibilities include managing customer orders from entry through completion; serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts and territories; partnering with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction; resolving order discrepancies, shipping concerns, and service issues; maintaining accurate order documentation and customer records; proactively following up with customers regarding order status and approvals; and supporting ongoing account management activities to strengthen long-term client relationships.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment; proven order processing and order management experience; background supporting customers within manufacturing, furniture, automotive, or other tangible product industries; strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; high attention to detail and organizational abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
