Marketing Proposal Manager to $90K – Join a Growing Construction Industry Leader!

Our client, a respected construction management firm, is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to support business development and marketing initiatives through high-quality proposal creation and content development. This role plays a key part in managing pursuit materials, producing compelling written content, and contributing to broader marketing efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of direct proposal ownership experience, exceptional writing skills, and strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign.

Position Details:

• Responsibilities include developing and managing responses to RFQs, RFPs, and qualification packages; writing, editing, and proofreading proposal narratives, project profiles, resumes, and marketing collateral; supporting interview presentations and pursuit materials; maintaining content libraries, templates, and marketing assets; assisting with website updates and select communications initiatives; and coordinating multiple deadlines and concurrent business development pursuits in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of direct proposal and pursuit management experience; outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities; advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign and strong Microsoft Office skills; proven success balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; and experience within construction, architecture, engineering, design, or other proposal-driven professional services environments.
