Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Manage fixed asset accounting and lease accounting activities (ASC 842)
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Coordinate audit requests and maintain effective internal controls
- Drive process improvements and accounting efficiencies
- Partner with business leaders on operational and financial initiatives
- Support ERP optimization and accounting system enhancements
- Assist with multi-location accounting operations and reporting
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, or related industries preferred
- Strong fixed asset accounting and/or lease accounting experience
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
