Beacon Hill is actively searching for Virtual Trainers. In the Virtual Trainer role, you will be training on a new technical system that is being rolled out by one of our financial clients. You will start by learning the training program and doing pre-coursework, and then holding multiple trainings per week with time dedicated to debriefs and adjustments to the training plan.
Qualifications:

Experience leading a virtual training

Banking background with institutional knowledge
This is a remote role, and candidates must be able to reliably work EST hours.
