The Financial Analyst will support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities – including reconciliation, audits, and reporting – while providing analysis and recommendations on Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) and supply and financial management policy. The role requires managing and tracking financial documents from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with DoW regulations and accurate reporting throughout.
The analyst will conduct data analysis across multiple datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve resource allocation and program outcomes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend improvements, as well as supporting governance, compliance, and audit readiness activities. Clear, business-oriented communication of financial and analytical findings to senior leadership is a consistent expectation of this role.
