We’re looking for a Scrum Master with hands-on experience leading Projects centered on eCommerce initiatives This role will support several large-scale digital programs and Agile delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of eCommerce and digital projects (platform enhancements, site features, integrations)
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align work to business goals
- Remove impediments and promote Agile best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a project manager in high-volume eCommerce environments
- Strong background running Scrum ceremonies in Agile teams
- Experience delivering large, complex digital initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Scrum certification (CSM or similar)
- Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools experience
