Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA – 2 days/week on site
* 7+ years of experience
* Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
* Experience delivering live, virtual, and digital training programs
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences
* Experience using or rapidly adopting AI‑enabled training or content creation tools
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with training usage and adoption data
* Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnering skills
