Business Systems Manager – Boston (Hybrid) – Up to $120k
A venture-backed TransitTech / Transportation‑as‑a‑Service company is hiring a Business Systems Manager to take hands-on ownership of the platforms that power their daily operations. This is a growth and maturity hire designed to centralize responsibility for HubSpot and core business systems as the company scales post‑Series B.
This role is based in Boston with a hybrid onsite schedule and reports directly to the VP of Data & Enablement.
Your Background
- 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, acting as an internal owner rather than an external admin or consultant
- Strong experience configuring HubSpot without code: workflows, custom objects, permissions, reporting, integrations, and data hygiene
- Comfortable supporting users across GTM and operational teams as a day-to-day point of contact
- Experience maintaining clean, scalable CRM and business systems in a growing organization
- Able to translate business needs into practical system solutions without over‑engineering
Nice to have (flexible):
- Experience with CLM tools (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft)
- HRIS platforms (Rippling, Gusto, BambooHR, HiBob)
- Telephony systems (Aircall, Dialpad, Talkdesk)
- Slack or Microsoft Teams, Linear or Jira, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Low‑code/no‑code automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Applied AI within HubSpot (call summaries, ticket categorization, chatbots)
- Prompt engineering for operational workflows
