Job Title: Field Construction Manager

Location: Fremont, CA – Antioch, CA Territory

Schedule: 5 days per week x 8 hour days (M-Friday)

Duration: 1+ year – very high likelihood of extension

Overview:

They are looking for a Field Construction Manager to manage assigned electric construction work from job package review through field execution readiness. This role evaluates scope of work and engineering diagrams, conducts site visits, and confirms constructability, safety, and compliance with company standards. The position independently develops and manages schedules across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating closely with inspectors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Responsibilities include validating field conditions, pricing work, negotiating with contractors, and ensuring alignment between scope, cost, and execution plans. Projects may include residential and commercial electric service work across various material codes, including overhead and underground distribution installations.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience
    • Open to previous lineman experience
  • SAP experience (or similar technology)
  • Organizational & Time Management skills
  • Great communicator
    • They will be communicating with foreman, inspectors, and external vendors

Bonus Skills:

  • Google Earth experience
  • Holds a Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) certification
