- Product Manager – Resident Experience
- Supporting single stream of work. The team has not been able to identify an internal solution, so this person will be shopping vendors for an off-the-shelf product and working with them through implementation
- Visitor access management platform – requesting guests or vendors coming in
- Working on vendor evals, acceptance criteria, business requirements, documentation, acceptance criteria, getting vendor demos pulled together, moving contract through
- Needs to have navigated vendor partnerships
- Can support the comm to stakeholders with G2M plans, sustainment activities
