Position Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, developing forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role evaluates financial performance, identifies trends, and provides insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
-
Conduct variance analysis and explain performance fluctuations
-
Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
-
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
-
Provide recommendations to improve cost control and revenue growth
-
Assist with capital expenditure analysis and investment evaluations
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
-
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
-
3+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling)
-
Experience with ERP systems preferred

Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
