Technical Business Analyst
Overview
Seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support digital applications and cross-functional initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment. This role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, supporting development teams, and helping translate business needs into clear technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business and technical requirements
* Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and documentation
* Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
* Support testing activities and ensure solutions align with requirements
* Help track and organize development work within Agile tools
* Assist with troubleshooting issues and documenting system changes
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Agile environments and user story development
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
