Senior Accountant
Elverson (Onsite/Hybrid)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support a growing organization in the Elverson area. This role will play a critical part in managing the month-end close process, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting leadership with timely reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the full month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations

Analyze financial statements and variances
-
Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership
-
Assist with audit preparation and year-end close activities
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
3-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
-
Strong knowledge of GAAP
-
Experience managing or heavily participating in month-end close
-
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred
-
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
